Recover Your Way.
All Paths is a recovery community organization founded in Cecil County, Maryland. Our mission is to offer a safe and welcoming, absolutely non-judgmental environment to those seeking recovery from substance abuse. All Paths strives to recognize that every individual has a right to their own recovery process.
We fulfill our mission by offering various services to those seeking recovery free from judgment. Our weekly recovery support group meetings are held in Cecil, Harford, and Baltimore counties, welcoming all pathways of recovery. Our Outreach Program, held in North East, MD allows volunteers to participate in local community outreach for those without housing, offering a way to give back. We regularly host recovery centered events and activities, like our yearly BBQ Speaker Jam, 2nd Chance Prom, and summer tubing trips. We also offer safe, stable housing through our Sober Living homes, to men in early recovery that utilize non-abstinence based pathways like MAT or medical cannabis.

Who We Are
All Paths Origin Story
Founded by two individuals in recovery, our organization emerged from the need for inclusive support for those utilizing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), medical marijuana, or other non-abstinence-based recovery pathways. Recognizing the lack of resources for these individuals, they launched a meeting in a humble basement, calling it All Paths to represent the diverse journeys people take toward recovery.
As the community grew, so did our awareness of other unmet needs. We noticed that many in the local community, particularly those without homes, were struggling to find basic necessities, prompting the creation of our Outreach Program to provide essential and absolutely non-judgmental support. Over time, we identified further gaps, especially for those using medical marijuana, who were often excluded from traditional sober living environments. To address this, we established All Paths Sober Living Homes specifically designed to be inclusive of all recovery pathways.
Since our inception, we’ve expanded significantly. Today, we offer peer support for Serenity Health’s comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program, operate four Sober Living Homes for men and women in recovery, maintain a weekly Outreach Program, and host weekly support meetings throughout the week, which have welcomed over 500 unique individuals since that first meeting in the basement. We remain committed to filling the gaps in the recovery community and supporting every individual’s unique path to healing, no matter what pathway they choose.
Our mission is to empower and guide those who suffer from substance use to discover and uncover their own personal paths of recovery, enlightenment, health, self-development, and wellbeing by providing education, resource coordination, and harm reduction services in a safe, welcoming, and absolutely non-judgmental environment that allows every person to have a voice and a choice.
Our vision is to see every person in our community who struggles with substance use find a pathway of recovery that best suits their individual needs, becoming the best version of themselves, defined only by their own dreams and aspirations.
All Paths is more than an organization, we are a family. We pride ourselves in our absolutely non-judgmental environment that allows every person to share their voice openly and honestly.
