Outpatient Treatment Services

Intensive Outpatient Treatment is a great option for those who have already completed inpatient or residential treatment, or for those who cannot leave their home for long-term residential treatment services. IOP can be beneficial for those who have busy schedules but still need treatment for substance use. All Paths and Serenity Health understand that every person's recovery looks different, and because of this, treatment should be individualized to fit the client's personal needs. 

Intensive Outpatient Programs require clients to attend a minimum of 9 hours of group therapy sessions per week, and at least 1 hour of individual sessions every two weeks. Serenity's Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offers in-person group therapy from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm Monday through Wednesday. We are proud to announce that we now offer virtual IOP from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm Monday through Wednesday as well. Clients must attend at least 3 sessions per week to reach the minimum 9 hours required. Individual counseling sessions are held on a schedule that is individualized for each client based on their needs. Clients are able to utilize both virtual and in-person sessions, with the option to switch if their schedule changes.

All Paths & Serenity Healthcare's trained professional staff have years of experience working closely with Parole & Probation, CPS, Drug Court, and other law enforcement organizations. By completing a Release of Information, clients can choose to share all necessary information with any entity or person they choose, not limited to just the courts. 

All Paths provides Peer Support for clients of Serenity Health's IOP. Our Peer Support Specialists walk alongside clients throughout their recovery journey - offering transportation to and from group and individual sessions, connecting clients with vital resources, and supporting them through the challenges of early recovery. Whether it’s obtaining identification documents, employment opportunities, or getting connected to the recovery community, our peers ensure that no one has to walk the path alone. Our trained and experienced Peer Recovery Specialists offer lived experience which is paramount in supporting others who are fighting for their own lasting recovery. We believe that each person has a right to their own recovery process and because of that, every person's path looks different. Although abstinence from all substances is ideal, it is not realistic for everyone. We have clients who utilize medical marijuana, MAT, and other pathways. Serenity's program curriculum was created with the intention that everyone's recovery looks different, but we all desire a healthy quality of life. We aim to help every client find their path and help them to become the best version of themselves, defined only by their own dreams and aspirations.
