About Us
Recovery Without Judgment
All Paths is a recovery community organization founded in Cecil County, Maryland. Our mission is to offer a safe and welcoming, absolutely non-judgmental environment to those seeking recovery from substance abuse.
All Paths strives to recognize that every individual has a right to their own recovery process.
We fulfill our mission by offering weekly recovery meetings, offering housing and outpatient programs to those in early recovery, participating in local community outreach for those without housing, and hosting recovery friendly activities and events. Our support meetings are currently available in Cecil, Harford, and Baltimore counties.
All Paths is currently in the process of filing for their 501(C)(3) status.

Our mission is to empower and guide those who suffer from substance use to discover and uncover their own personal paths of recovery, enlightenment, health, self-development, and wellbeing by providing education, resource coordination, and harm reduction services in a safe, welcoming, and absolutely non-judgmental environment that allows every person to have a voice and a choice.
Our vision is To see every person in our community who struggles with substance use find a pathway of recovery that best suits their individual needs, becoming the best version of themselves, defined only by their own dreams and aspirations!

All Paths builds on a foundation of zero judgement. We recognize that every single individual has a right to their own recovery process, and no two people's process is the same. Our harm-reduction approach believes that any progress is worth celebrating! And those who have felt judgement, will not be honest about their recovery.
With lived-experience from addiction, comes the ability to help others in a way that no one else can. Our Board of Directors and staff are certified Peer Recovery Specialists, who offer support, resource coordination, and harm reduction services to the community with the All Paths model, understanding everyone's pathway is different.
All Paths has built relationships with community partners in efforts to build the connections needed for community members who need resources. All Paths strives to continue to build bridges where they are missing, as long as our community needs it. With these partners, the people of our community have better chances of finding support when they need it.
