All Paths Sober Living Homes

All Paths has three (4) Sober Living homes in Harford and Cecil counties that offer safe, stable housing to men and women in early recovery. We accept all pathways of recovery including Medical Cannabis and Medication Assisted Treatment. We’re also proud to be the first MCORR certified house in Maryland that accepts medical cannabis. All Paths Sober Living Homes follow MCORR standards, based on the National Alliance of Recovery Residences.

Applicants who utilize Medical Cannabis must have an active Maryland Medical Marijuana card, current doctor, and current prescription to be accepted into All Paths Sober Living.

All Paths is excited to announce that we will be opening our first Women’s All Paths Sober Living Home in Elkton, MD on April 7, 2025 following the same model as our 3 Men’s Sober Living Homes! To apply for the Women’s Sober Living Home located in Elkton, you can complete the application here.

Focus on Long-Term Recovery: We go beyond simply providing a roof. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and support you need to achieve lasting recovery. That is why we complete Wellness Recovery Action Plans when residents arrive, and follow those plans throughout their stay in our homes.
Relapse Prevention: Our structured environment and focus on accountability help reduce the risk of relapse. We understand that relapse is a part of recovery, and we embrace honesty. No resident is automatically discharged if they relapse. Every client is treated with individual care and all treatment is person centered.
Supportive Staff: Our team of qualified professionals are here to guide, support, and advocate for you every step of the way. Our residents follow many different pathways of recovery, and with that, comes different needs. Our staff are trained to support residents who utilize medical marijuana, engage in MAT treatment, and work alongside any outpatient treatment services they are enrolled in.
